The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen and a multimedia space that is opened to the outside by sliding walls. The upper level houses two bedrooms and a bathroom that can be accessed via the mezzanine. The entire structure is made of wood, with a concrete and polycarbonate base for exterior walls.
The roof has an automatic irrigation system and a water retention mechanism. The special planting program, which wraps around the north and west of the facades of this undulating house, was designed in collaboration with the architectural and landscape design firm Ecovégétal. It includes special herbs and grasses that are able to adapt to harsh climates and require minimal maintenance. Lavender, thyme and other small aromatic herbs are scattered on the surface of the ceiling.
The house changes its appearance according to the seasons and symbolizes a wave of the sea or open field, while also acting as a living micro-habitat for insects and birds.
